Packaging Standards
- Carton material: 5-ply corrugated for international freight; double-walled for sea shipment
- Tree disassembly: Trunks ship in 2–3 sections; reassembly takes under 5 minutes per piece
- Foliage protection: Each tree wrapped in non-woven protective fabric, individual carton liner
- Carton marking: SKU, quantity, gross/net weight, fragile / this-way-up markings in English

Order Tracking
Every shipment is dispatched with a tracking number. Once your order ships, we email you the carrier name and tracking number so you can follow your parcel through to delivery. For sea freight and full-container loads, we provide the bill of lading (B/L) and vessel details. Tracking information is also available on request at info@verdform.com.
