Our MOQ is flexible. For in-stock SKUs we accept mixed-SKU orders starting from as few as 10 pieces. For custom production (OEM/ODM) the MOQ is typically 50–100 pieces per design depending on complexity. Tell us your project and we’ll quote accordingly.

Prices shown on each product page are retail reference prices. Wholesale buyers receive factory-direct tiered pricing based on quantity. Submit an inquiry with your projected volume and we’ll send a custom quote within 24 hours.

Yes. Samples are available for any SKU. Sample fee plus shipping is charged upfront and is fully credited back against your first bulk order. Lead time for samples is 3–5 business days.

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union for sample orders. Bulk orders typically follow 30% deposit / 70% balance terms via T/T. Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for orders above USD 30,000.

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services including: custom heights, leaf density, color matching, fire-retardant treatment, UV resistance, custom planter design, and private-label packaging. Send us your reference images or design brief.

Absolutely. We support private labelling — hangtags, custom packaging, branded cartons, and inserts. Provide your logo and brand guidelines and our team will produce mockups for approval before production.

Custom production typically takes 25–35 days from approved sample. Larger orders or complex specifications may require 40–50 days. We’ll confirm exact lead time in your quote.

Our standard products use high-density polyethylene (PE) for foliage, silk-blend fabric for flowers, and natural-wood trunks for trees. All materials are SGS and REACH compliant. UV-treated and fire-retardant grades are available on request.

Standard production is non-FR. Fire-retardant (FR-grade) materials meeting hospitality compliance standards (NFPA 701, BS 5867 Part 2) are available on request — please specify when inquiring. FR products carry a small price premium.

Standard products are designed for indoor use. UV-treated outdoor-grade versions are available on request and recommended for covered outdoor installations (patios, covered terraces, lobbies with skylights). Fully exposed outdoor placement is not recommended for any artificial botanical.

Under typical indoor conditions, our products maintain vibrant appearance for 5–8 years. UV-treated versions in covered outdoor settings typically last 3–5 years before color fading begins.

Trees ship with detachable trunks (2–3 sections) and foliage folded inward for compact carton dimensions. Each carton is rated for international freight. Detailed packing lists, container loading calculations, and CIF/FOB/DDP options are provided in your quote.

Sea freight (LCL or FCL) for bulk orders — most economical, 25–40 days. Air freight for time-sensitive shipments — 5–8 days. Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small orders — 3–7 days. We help you choose based on volume and urgency.

Every order is inspected and photographed before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage, send us photos within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange replacement of affected items in your next shipment at no charge.

Yes. We guarantee against manufacturing defects (loose leaves, color inconsistency, structural issues) for 12 months from delivery. Our 15-year color guarantee applies to UV-treated outdoor-grade products under specified conditions.
